With principal business in Natural Resource Development, Online games and Leisure Resort, the Group's operating business are structured and managed separately, according to the nature of their operations and services they provided. Each of the Group's business segments represents a strategic business unit that offer services which are subject to risk and returns that are different from those of the other business segments.

Sun International Group Ltd. is always seeking opportunities to diversify the Group's revenue streams. The Group is looking to further explore the Natural Resource Development in order to enhance shareholders' value. The Group begin to explore into the development of mining business since 2009 and the Group completed to require two iron mines in Indonesia as at 2010.
